Description

As a Medical Sales Learners Representative at Servier Southern Africa, you will be responsible for generating sales by building trusted advisor relationships with healthcare professionals. You will coordinate and host educational and CPD-accredited events for industry professionals and key opinion leaders. This role involves continuous training and development on Servier products, selling techniques, and compliance. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and proactively manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain good relationships with external stakeholders to achieve sales targets
• Coordinate and host educational, informative CPD-accredited events
• Undergo training on Servier products, selling techniques, and compliance management
• Work closely with the sales team to meet sales objectives
• Provide feedback to the Regional Sales Manager on sales strategies
• Meet customer call rate, frequency, coverage, and CPD activity requirements
• Participate in internal task groups and committees

Qualifications

• BSc Degree with modules including Human Anatomy and/or Physiology
• Must have a valid Driver's License (Code 8/B) with sufficient driving experience
• Must reside in the territory (ie Gauteng, Pretoria, Cape Town, George, KZN, Port Elizabeth)
• Must NOT have completed a Medical Sales Learnership before
